Registered Nurse (RN) Rehabilitation (Rehab)

About the role

Highpoint Health Winchester with Ascension Saint Thomas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rehabilitation team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of our patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Documents patient care given.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Evaluates patient learning needs and provides appropriate education.

Requirements

• Current Tennessee or compact state RN license.
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• One-year previous experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Pay

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus available to well qualified applicants.
