Responsibilities
- Assess patients and plan care within set timeframes, documenting findings according to policies
- Demonstrate leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc.
- Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
- Follow hospital policy for medication administration

Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate degree from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
- 21 years of age or older
- Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required; De-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Licenses: Current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license
