About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated rehabilitation nursing team at Lifepoint Rehabilitation. Our mission is to provide exceptional care that supports patients' recovery and independence.
Responsibilities
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
- ACLS preferred, but not required
- CRRN preferred, but not required
- Minimum six (6) months of acute care or med/surg experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and rehabilitation-focused mindset

Pay
- Hourly range: $35.74/hr. - $48.26/hr.
Schedule
- 3x12, Days (7a-7p)
- Rotating weekends
