Role Overview: The RRT Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating rapid response assessments, interventions, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. They serve as a resource/support to staff, physicians, patients, and families, addressing clinical, emotional, and educational needs. Key Responsibilities Respond to RRT calls, assess and intervene during patient crises, and document care activities.Develop and implement clinical practice guidelines and monitor patient outcomes.Collect, analyze, and report RRT data to identify improvement opportunities.Mentor staff, serve as a professional role model, and support a quality work environment.Collaborate with medical staff and support performance improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with policies and standards, and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Georgia RN licensure; BSN preferred.Minimum of 2 years in critical care; current ACLS and BLS certifications.Strong communication, multitasking, interpersonal, and delegation skills.Ability to work effectively under stress and in emergency situations.Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of nursing ethics and practice regulations.
