Registered Nurse, RN - Quality Improvement Specialist
About the role
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an RN, Quality Improvement Specialist to join the Quality and Patient Safety department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support performance improvement projects
- Serve as a resource on evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with departments on process design
- Support compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state regulations, and organizational policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
- Active Wisconsin RN license at the time of hire
- BLS CPR certification with hands-on learning
- Experience with data analysis, quality improvement, or LEAN methodology is a plus

Starting pay of $81,244.80/year, with more based on experience
