Registered Nurse RN Quality
Job Summary
In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Rounding on Units within the facility to strengthen and promote relationships between staff and the Quality Department
- Facilitating the growth of hospital knowledge regarding quality and high reliability, including the dissemination and implementation of “best practices” across the facility
- Participating in and coordinating activities for Performance Improvement Committees, including meeting preparation, setting agendas, writing Minutes and follow with action items
- Performing regular analysis of facility quality performance data and planning steps based on data analysis for ongoing improvement
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- BSN preferred
- 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting
- Quality RN experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Good computer skills – Microsoft Word/Excel
- Great communication – both verbally and documentation
