Registered Nurse (RN), PT Days, Wkd - Oncology (Acute Care)

Responsibilities

• Conducts nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Partners with patients and families, ensuring culturally competent care.
• Captors safe care delivery, promotes teamwork, supports performance improvement, and participates in research and evidence-based practices.
• Serves as a preceptor, mentors staff, and contributes to protocol development.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential.
