Responsibilities

• Provide safe, quality patient care in accordance with North Carolina RN licensure and facility protocols
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion in all patient and team interactions
• Communicate effectively through active listening, clear writing, and concise speaking
• Solve problems quickly and adapt to changing clinical situations
• Stand for extended periods during shifts

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast, adaptive problem-solving abilities
