Registered Nurse (RN) Project Management Senior Consultant - Federal Health
About the role
The Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team supports clients through critical moments and transformational initiatives. We offer integrated advisory services in areas such as valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Provide program delivery leadership and clinical-operations support, leading day-to-day execution across one or more service line support workstreams
- Manage team workload and quality, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time products aligned to Military Health System (MHS) governance needs
- Lead one or more service line support workstreams, translating priorities into weekly plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
- Direct day-to-day tasking for assigned team members (e.g., senior analysts), including work allocation, coaching, and quality review
- Establish and maintain an operating rhythm (standups, action tracking, dashboards) to ensure predictable delivery and escalation
- Produce meeting outputs (agendas, minutes, action items, tasker summaries) and ensure closure of actions through disciplined follow-up
- Cook up and coordinate training support for clinical operations program management support team

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years of professional experience in program delivery, project management, operations, or healthcare administration/consulting
- 2+ years of experience leading workstreams/teams or managing complex deliverables
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
- Experience supporting federal or government healthcare environments
- Experience supporting DHA/Military Health system
- Experience with governance deliverables (briefing packages, decision memos, formal publications, audit responses)
- Strong clinical policy writing skills

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,600.
