Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) responsible for delivering safe, quality patient care. Key Duties: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory guidelines; support organizational mission and values; incorporate patient age and cultural considerations; and utilize critical thinking, management, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates or Bachelors preferred); current Florida license; valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; and prior experience with competency assessment. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills.
