Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Nights

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital- West Allis is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. RNs play a central role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Extensive and thorough orientation program
• Participate in clinical ladder program and earn certifications like PCCN and CCRN
• Utilize comprehensive medical/RX, health, vision, and dental plans
• Engage in systematic patient assessments, timely documentation, and order transcription
• Interpret diagnostic data and respond to rapid response and code events
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS required at hire
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: RN license, BLS, ACLS
• Preferred qualifications: Clinical experience
