Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Day shift

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Greensboro, NC (5th floor of Moses H. Responsibilities Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unitInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentTimely and accurate documentation using appropriate systemsInterpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetryEnsure medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyCompetence in Rapid Response and code eventsInstruct and counsel patients/familiesPerforms other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Valid State RN License BLS is required at hire.
