St. Francis Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a PRN basis. As an RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care, promoting resident well-being, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the highest standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate quality resident care.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and respect.
  • Respond confidently and effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs.

Requirements

  • Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Pay

$50.00 per hour

Schedule

PRN (As Needed) - AM, PM & NOC Shifts Available
