Role Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient conditions, ensuring safe and effective treatment aligned with policies and procedures. The nurse acts as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and promoting patient-centered care to enhance satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Associates, Bachelors, or Masters in Nursing (preferred).Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional growth, confidentiality, safety, and adherence to standards.
