About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses to provide one-on-one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes. Nurses here are not just clinicians but also advocates, educators, and partners to families navigating complex care needs.

• Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
• Ability to provide care in a home environment
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred
• New Registered Nurse (RN) graduates welcome – training provided!
