Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Pediatric Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Care for patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Ability to provide care in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Qualifications

• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) preferred

Pay

$30-$35/hour

Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Flexible scheduling based on your availability. Shifts available: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours.
