Registered Nurse (RN) - Primary Care
About the role
Join the Primary Care team at Waldo Medical Facility, with 22 exam rooms and currently 8 providers, and become part of a collaborative practice dedicated to providing exceptional care close to home.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced providers, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff in a team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Support patients through preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, care coordination, and wellness initiatives while helping them achieve their health goals.
- Develop lasting relationships with patients and families, providing continuity of care that allows you to see the direct impact of your work overtime.
- Help patients navigate their healthcare journey while serving as a trusted resource and advocate.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- One year of recent RN experience required.
Qualifications
- Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).
Skills
- Excellent patient interaction skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to provide high-quality care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of patient care services and ability to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care.

Pay
The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with four nine-hour shifts.
