Responsibilities

• Manage and provide nursing care activities for a group of patients and their families.
• Apply independent judgment, communication, and collaboration with team members, including ancillary and support staff.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
• Delegate, assess, and evaluate patient care, monitor progress, and prepare patients for discharge.
• Participate in shared decision-making and report to senior management.

Requirements

• Graduation from a school of nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
