Responsibilities
- Providing professional nursing care and managing assigned staff.
- Serving as a Charge Nurse when needed, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing.
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS/PALS may be required.
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, including in a specialty.
