Registered Nurse (RN)- PM or NOC

About the role

LindenGrove Menomonee Falls, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We provide short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. Our campus is conveniently located near Community Memorial Hospital and Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, focusing on delivering outstanding medical rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs.
• Engage in all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring.
• Ensure the provision of person-centered care.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin.
• Active CPR.
• Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
• Commitment to quality outcomes and services for all individuals.
• Ability to relate well to all individuals.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
• Ability to adapt to change.

Pay

• $39.00-$44.75 per hour, based on experience.
• Shift Differential for PM and NOC Shifts.
• Eligible for Sign On Bonus!

Schedule

• Full-time, .8 available (part-time possible).
• PM Shift, 2-10:30pm.
• NOC shift, 10pm-6:30am.
