Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem Operating Room

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative patient care across various operating rooms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality standards and support patient safety.
• Flexibly work day/evening shifts, including 12-hour shifts, with self-scheduling options.
• Complete initial training and orientation, including 10 shifts of day training, to prepare for operational needs.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure required.
• BSN or commitment to obtain within three years.
• At least three years of OR RN experience required.
• CNOR certification a plus.

Key Duties

• Deliver expert perioperative nursing care and adapt to diverse OR environments.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols.

Schedule

• Per diem (flexible shifts).
• Day and evening shifts, including 12-hour shifts.
• Self-scheduling options available.
