Responsibilities Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unitInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentTimely and accurate documentation using appropriate systemsInterpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetryEnsure medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyCompetence in Rapid Response and code eventsInstruct and counsel patients/familiesPerforms other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Valid State RN License BLS is required at hire. ACLS is required at hire. Preferred Qualifications Clinical experience
