Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, review medical histories, and document care in the EMR.
- Perform hands-on clinical procedures including blood draws, IV therapy, and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
- Administer and monitor testosterone and other wellness treatments.
- Track patient outcomes and communicate progress with medical providers.
- Educate patients about hormone therapy, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to optimize results.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and clinical care standards.
- Contribute to a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferred)
- Phlebotomy, IV, and injection experience
- EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail
