Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care according to policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions, maintain documentation, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and contribute to quality outcomes.
• Mentor and foster professional growth among colleagues, promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and stay current with industry best practices.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Required certifications: BLS, RN license (single state or multi-state), PALS, TNCC or ATCN, ACLS.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and leadership skills.
