About the role
Shift: three 12-hour day shifts per week.
Estimated gross weekly pay: $1,949, which includes a weekly stipend of $1,229.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, quality patient care in accordance with North Carolina RN licensure and facility protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams through active listening, clear writing, and concise speaking.
- Solve problems quickly and adapt to changing clinical situations.
- Maintain physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse license.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Proven ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend medical documentation and instructions.
- Fast, adaptive problem-solving abilities.
