Registered Nurse (RN) - PCCU - Days

Job Summary

The Progressive Cardiac Care Unit (PCCU) at Norman Regional Health System is a fast-paced, critical care environment providing specialized, high-acuity care to patients with cardiac conditions. This includes patients undergoing various cardiac procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), cardiac catheterization, pacemaker and Micra-pacemaker insertions, and cardiac ablation. Additionally, the unit cares for patients with a variety of cardiac diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate’s degree (ADN) required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare field preferred (can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care
• New grads are required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program

Compensation & Benefits

• $27.83- $45.46/hr based on previous work experience
• $2.50/hr evening differential
• $3.00/hr night differential
• $3.00 Weekend differential
