Registered Nurse (RN) - Part Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care with the team; monitor patient conditions; deliver safe, effective care; document assessments and interventions; advocate for patients and communicate with families and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support shared governance through committee involvement. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing; current RN license (single state or multi-state); BLS certification; preferred experience in direct patient care; strong communication, collaboration, and professional growth orientation. Key Duties: Monitor patient conditions, deliver care per plan, promote patient satisfaction, contribute to quality improvements, mentor staff, and adhere to organizational policies.
