Registered Nurse (RN) - Part Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and compliance.Monitor patient conditions, develop care plans, and collaborate with staff for optimal outcomes.Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring satisfaction.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas, and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development.Foster growth of colleagues via mentorship and promote a positive work environment.Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, supporting shared governance principles. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS (Instructor or Provider), required upon hire.Experience in direct patient care preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Additional Duties: Support quality improvement, maintain licenses, participate in professional organizations, and uphold organizational policies.
