Role Overview Registered Nurses provide high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care plans, prioritize patient flow, and document care activities accurately.Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient concerns, provide health education, and communicate effectively with families and care team members to promote positive experiences.Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for quality enhancement, support improvement initiatives, and contribute to better patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.Professional Development & Leadership: Maintain licensure and certifications, pursue ongoing education, mentor colleagues, and foster a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).Experience in direct patient care preferred.
