Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate documentation
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and educating families

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with direct patient care preferred
