About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, lead shift routines, and oversee nursing activities in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes dignity, empathy, and emotional wellbeing, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Administer medications and monitor resident conditions
• Respond to emergencies and update care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and electronic documentation
• Participate in team meetings and serve on interdisciplinary committees
• Develop staff and promote collaboration across care teams
• Prioritize duties and utilize the nursing process effectively

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and devices
• Commitment to compassionate, respectful resident care
