Registered Nurse (RN) Pain Management

Responsibilities
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care
- Aid with patient exams
- Develop expertise in pain pump management and medication coordination
- Collaborate with a team of nurses, techs, clerical staff, and providers
- Exposure to advanced procedures: Epidural Steroid Injections, Joint Injections, Nerve Blocks, Radiofrequency Ablations, Kyphoplasty, and Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials
- Specialized roles including Intrathecal Pump management and pharmacy coordination
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical nursing
- Strong IV skills
- Preferred qualifications in procedural, ICU, L&D, ED or Med/Surg
Qualifications

Pay
Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30
Schedule
Pain Clinic hours 0700-1730, Monday-Friday. Start times vary between 07-830. Occasional earlier starts to accommodate procedure schedule. On call: rotating holidays, 730-1200, 1 holiday per year and every 5-6th Monday morning at 0500 based on MD volume.
