Job Summary
The Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include coordinating care, conducting patient assessments, delivering patient education, and performing various nursing interventions. The RN collaborates with physicians and other inter‑professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate outpatient care, practicing within the full scope of nursing expertise and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, state administrative rules, and the ANA Code of Ethics.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA, etc.) – preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing – preferred.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multistate licensure in an NLC state).
- Maintain required department‑specific licensure, competencies, and certifications.

Pay
Salary range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour. May be eligible for a sign‑on bonus.
