Role: Provides direct patient care as an RN in an outpatient surgery setting, promoting patient safety and education. Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized care plans, assesses physical and psychosocial needs, educates patients and families, and contributes to quality and safety initiatives. Ensures effective communication across the care continuum and fosters a healing environment. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an RN license and a nursing diploma or associate's degree; a bachelor's degree and <2 years of experience are preferred. Pre/post or ICU experience is advantageous. Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills are essential. Key Duties: Care delivery in outpatient surgery, participation in professional development, adherence to standards of nursing care, and active involvement in patient safety and quality improvement activities.
