Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Cardiovascular Nurse specializing in Cardiac Rehab and Diagnostics, PRN Days. Responsibilities Include Providing individualized, high-quality patient care in cardiac stress testing and rehabilitation, ensuring safety and accurate assessments.Performing assessments, collecting patient history, conducting tests, and interpreting data to support diagnosis and treatment plans.Administering medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions following protocols such as ACLS.Developing and adjusting personalized exercise prescriptions, educating patients on cardiovascular health, nutrition, and risk factors.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, documenting patient information, and ensuring confidentiality.Supporting team dynamics through participation in meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and mentorship. Qualifications Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelors preferred.Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with clinical and management background.
