About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring individualized treatment based on evidence-based practice and clinical standards. They perform the nursing process, advocate for patients and families, and promote cultural sensitivity in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and document accurately.
• Support performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in research and evidence-based practice projects.
• Serve as a preceptor and mentor to develop a skilled nursing workforce.
• Uphold professional ethics and clinical competencies.
• Develop and implement protocols to optimize resource use.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in nursing.
• Current Georgia RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS may be required in certain areas.
