About the role
The role is located in St Helena, California and is expected to last for 13 weeks. The start date is set for August 3, 2026. The shift pattern is 4x10 days.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patient’s condition and develop a care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and patients’ families.
Qualifications
- Current California license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
