Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents within your license and scope of practice; report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders, care plans, and facility procedures.
• Document care accurately and communicate clearly during shift handoff.
• Partner with nursing assistants, providers, therapists, residents, and families.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and coworkers.

Requirements

Current [RN/LPN] license in Missouri, or eligibility to practice in Missouri by the start date. Sound clinical judgment, dependable attendance, and clear communication. Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience is welcome.

Pay

$34.00-$40.00 / HR Evening/Night Differential: $1.00 Weekend Differential: $2.00
