Responsibilities
- Medical Assistant (MA): Participates in patient care, collects and documents information, prepares medications, and schedules procedures.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Conducts assessments, implements interventions, and provides safe and effective nursing care.
- Registered Nurse (RN): Performs comprehensive assessments, collaborates with healthcare teams, and manages patient care.
Requirements
- Medical Assistant (MA): Completion of a medical assistant program, CMA or RMA certification, BLS certification, and previous clinic experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing, MN LPN license, BLS certification, and previous clinic experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN): Completion of an accredited professional nursing program, MN RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification (for certain locations), and one year of nursing experience.

- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Comprehensive assessment, plan of care development, interventions implementation, and safe and effective nursing care.
- Registered Nurse (RN): Comprehensive assessment, collaborative care, interventions implementation, delegation, and evaluation of responses to interventions.

- CMA: $20.57 to $30.86 (based on experience)
- LPN: $23.85 to $35.78 (based on experience)
- RN: $35.01 to $52.52 (based on experience)
