About the role
Operating room travel/contract role for a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre- and post-operative patient assessments
- Prepare the operating room with sterile equipment and supplies
- Monitor vital signs during procedures and intervene as needed
- Collaborate with surgical teams to execute plans
- Accurately document patient care in electronic health records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of hospital-based nursing experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior perioperative experience is preferred.
