Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR) Circulator

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and execute perioperative nursing care
• Serve as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures
• Maintain a watchful eye on patient status and ensure a safe surgical environment
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
• Affirm proper documentation and adhere to clinical standards
• Support patient and family education and post-operative planning
• Delegate tasks and guide support staff appropriately

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Acute care experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior Operating Room / surgical experience
