About the role
The role requires a current Florida license as a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Perform routine and specialized nursing procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
