Responsibilities
- Utilizes specialized plan-of-care intervention
- Serves as a patient-care innovator
- Makes an impact by shaping exceptional patient journeys
- Leverages skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs
Requirements
- Current state RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Basic Life Support required
- ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred
Qualifications
- Experience preferred, but new grads welcomed to apply
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Participation in on-call rotation, including extended hours during the week
- Weekend on-call coverage
