Responsibilities

  • Utilizes specialized plan-of-care intervention
  • Serves as a patient-care innovator
  • Makes an impact by shaping exceptional patient journeys
  • Leverages skills and cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing
  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs

Requirements

  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Basic Life Support required
  • ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred

Qualifications

  • Experience preferred, but new grads welcomed to apply
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Participation in on-call rotation, including extended hours during the week
  • Weekend on-call coverage
