About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and performing procedures as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts license.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
