Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,301
Estimated weekly stipend: $1,519

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, quality patient care in accordance with Massachusetts RN licensure and facility protocols
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and compassion in all patient and team interactions
• Communicate effectively through active listening, clear writing, and concise speaking
• Solve problems quickly and adapt to changing clinical situations
• Stand for extended periods during shifts

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong communication abilities (verbal, written, and reading comprehension)
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods
