Registered Nurse (RN) - Nutritional IV Therapy & Hyperbaric Support
At Extivita, the Registered Nurse role exists at the intersection of clinical excellence, patient trust, and whole-person care. This position is not simply about administering nutritional IV therapies or supporting hyperbaric oxygen treatments—it is about serving people with competence, calm presence, compassion, and professional stewardship. Our commitment to glorify God through our work drives us to invest intentionally in every team member's professional, personal, and intellectual growth—with excellence and purpose.
Who We Are
Extivita-RTP is a growing medical clinic that operates one of the largest private hyperbaric oxygen therapy centers in the United States. Located in Durham, NC on the edge of Research Triangle Park, our team is dedicated to extending and improving patients’ quality of life by providing science-based integrative therapies. Our outpatient clinic houses two state-of-the-art multi-seat Hyperbaric Oxygen Chambers, a Nutritional IV Clinic, Infrared Sauna, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, and Neurofeedback Therapy.
Extivita’s leadership strives to honor God through the way we serve patients, employees, and the community. Our culture, leadership, and approach to patient care are grounded in the conviction that every person possesses intrinsic dignity, worth, reason, responsibility, and untapped potential. This belief shapes our commitment to treating every patient, employee, and community member with respect, compassion, humility, and excellence. We are unapologetically a People First organization—not as a slogan, but as our operating system.
Our mission is to deliver concierge-level, science-backed therapies through a vertically integrated care model while building a culture where people have the opportunity to grow and flourish personally, professionally, intellectually, and, where meaningful to them individually, spiritually, with excellence and joy—all for the glory of God and the good of those we serve.
