Benefits

The hourly wage for this opportunity is $41.22 - $70.45. Pay is dependent on several factors including number of hours worked within the field, education, and certification/licensure: $1.75weekend/ $2.75 evening/ $4.00 night differential is available for this position.

Qualifications

  • Current RN License Required.
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant RN experience is preferred.
    • PICU experience preferred.

  • Required Documentation.
    • Of completion of professional nursing program (RN program).
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license through the MN Board of Nursing.
    • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (exception: Telehealth RNs).
    • If candidate holds valid CPR for through another acceptable organization (as determined by Gillette), candidate may be able to begin employment but must complete Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association within one month of employment.
    • Physically able to work hours required and meet physical demands of the position.
    • In certain departments, this will include being part of the off-premise call schedule.
  • Preferred Background.
    • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other healthcare related field.
    • Prior nursing experience in a health-related setting.
    • Nursing Specialty Certification relevant to the position.
    • PICU Experience.
