Job Summary

CareScout’s Field Team independent contractor positions offer nurses the opportunity to build a rewarding career with flexible scheduling and additional hours. These roles involve conducting cognitive and functional assessments for older adults in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of long-term care insurance policyholders
• Collect information on the insured’s current and past medical history
• Document the insured’s functional and cognitive levels
• Administer a short cognitive exam
• Lead the insured through a short demonstration activity

Requirements

• Valid, current RN license in good standing
• Tech-savvy with access to a laptop or tablet for real-time assessments
• Willingness to travel within 15 miles of home or further
