About the role

Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a 120-bed, acute care psychiatric hospital located in Westampton, New Jersey. We offer advanced behavioral health and diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents, and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs. Our mission centers on excellence in diagnosis, treatment, and education.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and respond to medical needs of patients under physician guidance.
  • Conduct safety checks and implement appropriate behavioral management techniques.
  • Maintain the core values and mission of Hampton Behavioral Health Center.
  • Document patient care and uphold safety standards.

Schedule

Full-time position with a schedule consisting of two 7pm–7am shifts and one 11pm–7am shift, totaling 32 hours per week with rotating weekends. Opportunity for overtime and shift coverage is available.

Pay

This position qualifies for a $12,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

  • Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN/BS preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two (2) years of medical/surgical experience with proven leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation.
  • Graduate of an NLN-accredited program preferred.
  • ANA Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing certification preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
