Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift - In-Patient Rehab

About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, using evidence-based standards, and adapt care to meet diverse patient needs while fostering collaboration with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Partner with patients and families via effective communication and shared decision-making.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support performance improvement, participate in research, and uphold clinical standards and organizational policies.
• Mentor and serve as preceptor for other nurses and staff, fostering professional development.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RN license, with required certifications including BLS and ACLS.
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in technology, with excellent time management and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
